don't bother, go to Ottawa street in Hamilton ang get the same bulk foam cut to size for FAR less.

Where can you get those kind of foam in Toronto? I went to canadian tire, home depot, but they dont carry it. What are those foam actually called.

I think it is some sort of closed cell foam.

Most cities have a store that sells custom cut foam for upholstery, they (like the Hamilton foam and fiberglass supply) have many many different kinds of foam. Bring in a sample or pick from what they have.
 
It's a Pelican 1700. I don't have any rifles yet but I knew I was going to have several handguns and I wanted them to all fit in one case. I like to take friends shooting that have never fired a firearm before. Having the case with all the different guns in it makes it easy for them to try whatever they feel up to.
 
Look around in the right places and you will find custom precut inserts for various pistols/rifles... there are even some who have access to waterjet machines to cut custom for what ever you want...;)
