Got a bunch made up and is it ever yummie............:bigHug:

Any idea as to how to wrap properly for freezing?
Was thinking of long plastic narrow plastic bags, then
wrap with brown freezer paper (Costco roll).
Where would one find such plastic bags?

Or cut the long lengths up into 6-8" lengths and use freezer
zippy bags and then wrap in the brown paper?

Lots here and need to do this right.

Vacuum bags are the best. Package them side to side neatly and get out as much air as possible.

Failing that double wrap them in coated butchers paper again getting as much air out as possible.
 
Wrap tight in cling film then butcher paper.the almish down here bottle the pepperoni so it will keep all year ..have not tryed it yet ..Dutch
 
Vacuum Packer is well worth the investment, I use the Food Saver Game Saver.
Order on-line, most places ship free.

Food Saver vacuum sealer.
They are pricey when it comes to buying replacement bags.

Gott'er dun.
Vacuum sealed and meat wrapping paper.
Kept sum fresh in the fridge.
Dang hounds snowt works pretty good too.

Gary's European Deli is Kamloops best kept sea-krit.
I don't think it gets any better than what comes out his shop.
