Should be. A good price at that seeing as retail is close to double. Not sure what the shipping cost is for caps but for black powder it's a major consideration.

Don`t remember the site- i ran it thru to checkout last night and one $7.99 tin would have cost $28.00 to ship. 6 tins the same.

Last gunshow Ancaster got 1000 #11's in sealed box of 10 tins, for $10.
If the A holes in Government would quit sleeping with Walmart and Cosco scum and open up the Trade Shows and Gun Shows, we all would be OK.

I got my last ones in Grenville at the show there in 2015- paid 3 or 4 $ per tin for a mix of 10s and 11s. Got about 500 or so. They are mostly gone
