Whoa there. What if the dear girl loves you like crazy, is loyal to you and just honestly likes the dude as a friend? I does happen, and you really shouldn't be threatened by it. If, on the other hand, you caught them 'necking' (did I just date myself?) in the car in your laneway, well that's different. But here's the thing you have to be very careful of: if she is loyal, and you suspect something, you will see ever little comment or gesture on her part as confirming it, even if it's not really there and all in your mind.
