Personalizing my Glock 17...

No, but I am in the military and all of our gunfighter drills are no nonsense, clear the malfunction and get your weapon firing down range. Clint Smith from Thunder Ranch uses the same drills and has the same mindset.

Here is the link for all you civilian types that want to learn a thing or two about clearing a malfunction in a competitive or combat situation when every second counts.

What Clint teaches is pretty well the industry standard. A lot of what is taught regarding pistol TTP's came from the civilian/LE industry. Private training is utilized by militaries more than you think. Again, a lot of what is portrayed in the video you linked is also industry standard. Its nice to see our military evolving with regards to rifle work.

I have a question I thought I could ask here. I bought a couple parts for my glock 17 as well. I bought an ultimate ghost 3.5 connector and a NY 1 spring in dark greenish colour. I just can`t figure out exactly how to place the spring inside. Do you guys know a site where it shows you how or can you guys give me any advice?

Youtube is full of Glock disassembly/reassembly videos. Just avoid the field strip videos because those only show you how to remove the slide and barrel pretty much. You want to find one where they take the Glock completely apart and reassemble.
