Pet load for .45 LSWC ??

I am starting to load some 200g LSWC for IPSC and am trying to decide between using Clays or Win 231 .
Does anyone have any tried recepies for either load that will still let me make major . I currently don't have a croney of my own and would like to avoid getting dinged on the day of a shoot due to a weak load .

The load I use and is an old standby is 5.6 of 231 with 200LSWC.

My standby is 5.3 gr Win 231 under 200 gr LSWC. Load makes IPSC PF and is accurate in all my guns. Win LPP and mixed cases.
