PETA Pic

And as pests they may be shot in quantity, no problems with that...we do it too.
The picture is gratuitous.

Dude !...that is a peculiarly American thing to say, let me guess...you cannot think of anything original.

In your OPINION it is gratuitous....in my opinion it is well worth seeing. As soon as you realize your opinion is as valid as any one elses (no more, no less) the better you'll get along :)

Heres another one for ya....too "gratuitous"?.........

LOL. Some of you guys crack me up..."Cheapens the animals"? LMAO, give me a break!! So...a simple pile of rabbits would have been more palatable to your delicate sensibilities? Listen, if you can find a tastefull way to display a bunch of dead animals, lets see your pic.

IMO, I think it's A: Funny as hell, and B: giving the animals a higher purpose than standard table fare...they are sending a message (and still will taste good!) :)

Hunters seem to have the least sense of humour and are the most sensitive gunnutterz on this site - IT'S ONLY A JOKE! In bad taste , BUT ONLY A JOKE!
The only issue is that it gives ammo to the other side that constantly lies and distorts reality with misinformation.
Hunting IS not sportsmanship unless your hunting something like this
2729.jpg
or maybe a cape buffalo with a bow.
Give the furry little buggers a chance to GET SOME!

There is no problem with that picture, it is not attempting to make an airy fairy gratuitous statement.

Oh, F_ck it....if you are going to post pic's of carcases in an attempt to shock, who am I to spoil the moment.....you go right back to playing with yourself....we will wait or you.

See, now we can all be big tough brutes.....that picture is still gratuitous.

Now that picture is amusing.

I hear those 'roos taste like crap and are best as dog food. True?

The problem being that we are paid by the kilo, so we shoot the biggest ones that we can.....the best tasting ones are reds at around ten kilos, which are illegal to harvest as they are below the minimum weight limit.
So yes, they taste like sh!t and and make good dog food...in my opinion, townies seem to like it though.
There is no accounting for tastes, is there !

Also consider that it is more expensive than beef and does not have the fat content, so does not taste as good, personally I prefer salt-bush mutton....but will eat T-bones and rump when I cannot get it.

Ps, I get it for nothing, and still very rarely eat it.

With suppressors on the rifles this would be New Zealand or Australia right? Aren't rabbits a really bad problem there?

by the way, I'm headed for new zealand for three weeks in 25 days :)

Christ Ryan, don't use a suppressor here in Australia unless you want to be very friendly with another bloke for the next twenty years !

I am in New South Wales Australia, should you come over here for a look give me a yell.
James.

Ps, you will love NZ.....Gods country.

When I say don't, I REALLY MEAN DON"T !

It is very good as jerky, it is at its best as cold roast....because it has very little fat it is a dry cold meat and unlike mutton which takes a couple of days to get the right taste as cold meat, Kangaroo is at its best as soon as it is cold....in fact I would go so far as to say it is the best cold roast that I have had.
But.......only if it is a small 'roo, thats the catch.

X2

I am tired of all you new age hipster duface whaa whaaa "I need to pussy foot and tip toe around the fact I kill stuff" types. Ma bey you can start a new age hunting club that only pretends that they shoot things and watch them die.....oh wait you did it's called the Internet....

The only thing wrong with the pic is they blotted out their faces. Be a man, stand up against peta and put your face on the pic. Don't blot out your face acting like you have done something wrong.
