Been trying to find the perfect load for my Coyote but never seem to find the fabled .5 MOA load. Ive shot some stellar sub MOA loads with 168 and 178 grain Hornady AMAX's with 4064 and Varget. But im still not satisfied that I have found the load worth keeping. What do other Coyote shooters use as their go to? Hoping I can find the common denominator.

Try this M118 clone. Shoots good in any rifle I put it in. I have always found Hornady bullets unspectacular. Sierras just work.

175 SMK
41 grains IMR 4895
Lapua case
CCI M34 primer
Oal 2.825 (2.240 Ogive) .10 to.20 thou jump rifle depending.

I would be surprised if that does not tear a ragged hole in the target.

I'd echo that recipe. I use 40.5 gr of the IMR 4895, Lake City brass and the CCI M34 primers. Usually a single hole or near enough at 100m.

Since you already got 4064, get some 175 SMK's load up lapua cases with federal match primers with 41.7 gr 4064 ~2.840 OAL.
I've had great success with that load at my last match. Really awesome at distance, like 5 rounds at 1.2" at 300 yards good.

NOT a coyote owner, but that load shot really well in my last 2 rifles. One was a 700, other is a desert tech.

Mine will shoot with almost any combination of with 46 - 47 grains of varget and from .015 jam to .080 jump, 155 Scenars and Lapua cases and 210m primers. It's not fussy at all.

Ive been using 185 juggernauts, 46.5 gr Alliant 2000-MR , BR4 primers, Lapua brass. 2.860 COAL or 2.207 OGL about .010" jump. Running just over 2700 with no pressure signs or even flattened primers. I can push them alot harder but why ?
Only need 9.6 - 9.7 mils to get on at 1000 meters.

Where did you get a hold of pp 2000-mr. I have yet to see it in canada, and when I ask about it, most have no idea what it is.
