Not a dumb question at all! Brad is correct, we don't carry Tikka bbls, however Brad can order this direct from IBI for you.

Man that’s so far out of my price range it’s not funny. But man those are beautiful rifles.

They certainly are. I had the privilege to shoot a Coyote chambered in .308 Win at a competition a few years back. It was a dream to shoot and the 1250 yard shot I made with it is still my longest shot to date. One day I will have one of these rifles.

are those barrels in the first picture finished their machining? such obvious tooling marks on an 8k rifle is completely unacceptable. where do they get off charging that much anyways? its not like these rifles are some leap forward in bolt action technology. they look nice but i will never consider them until the price is under 2k after taxes

I think your looking at the unfinished barrels.
M15's are not 8K rifles. Regardless, thanks for your input. We will all wait for the sub 2k rifle from PGW (taxes in of course). :)

That’s actually a great price on a barreled action, especially with trigger

What’s the difference between the M15 and the Coyote action?
What profile is the barrel?

Bigvern,

I will ask PGW to chime in with some specifics on this for you.

$2000? After taxes?
Probably wouldn’t even get the stock for that!!! LOL

The difference is the Action. The Coyote has the same action as the Timberwolf, just shorter. Its noticeably beefier, and has a square action bottom with 2 recoil lugs as supposed to the M15 action witch has a Remington 700 blueprint footing style and one recoil lug. The M15 is designed for the civilian market and use while the Coyote/Timberwolf action was intended for military as far as I can tell.

Barrels are a little different id assume, tho they both seem to sport that legendary fluting. To fit the M15 action it has to be cut to a Remington stock size (1.25") while my Twolf/Coyote has a larger stock size (1.5"). Barrel taper has to go down small enough on the end of the Coyote to fit the proprietary suppressor that sits over the barrel. The M15 looks to be near a straight taper (maybe a bit of a taper going on, not too sure).

I've had my early Timberwolf for years, and its scary accurate at range, tho funny enough you cant group it to save your life within 300 yards. If you want a serious piece of hardware, with outstanding performance and durability, and to top it all off made here in Canuckistan then get one before the crayon eater in parliament gets them too.
