Not true. This particular bullpup is legal. Don't ask me why but it must have come out after the smart people that can pick out a bad looking gun went through the book; kind of like the CZ858. A friend of mine has one and it's non-restricted. I like the gun. I particularly like the rear stock section that has the multi-adjustability. I've heard also that since the bbl is so far back that there is no jump or recoil for that matter. That's not particularly hard to believe either given the weight.
