PGW trigger

Some other 700 triggers will fit however safety provisions and bolt stop provisions may need to be removed...The basic pattern is indeed for a 700 Rem.

Most ive seen use the Rifle Basix L-1. If your gonna put this trigger on your Remington model 700 you will need the L-1K it has the safety, i have this trigger on my remington model 700 and it is great set to 2.5 pounds.

No I'm not planning on putting it in a m700 I was just wondering what sets the timberwolf apart from other custom actions like the Surgeon and so forth. The trigger I assumed wasn't going to be a off the shelf item I suppose I was wrong

Rifle Basix L-1 is what they use

Its junk as the set screw always back out "unless you glue them in place"

X mark pro is a better choice

Pfff! What do you know your just a DND Armourer:p jking!

In all seriousness I would have to agree my X Mark Pro is very reliable and consistent. My Rifle Basix while it has a nice light homo trigger;) 1.5 lbs the set screw must be glued in place. The Jewel trigger I have is 2 ounces and has not moved even though I did not glue the set screws that is what I have on my T-wolf. I have heard Jewels can act up in the cold I have been lucky so far up to -25 it performed great we were shooting out to 1700 yards.

I am just shooting for fun so my experience is limited. I do think the X Mark Pro is the more reliable of the three in all conditions. I do have a question though what other aspect of the Rifle Basix is inferior to the X Mark or is it just the set screw issue?
