Anybody have experience with this outfit? Based in Alberta somewhere near Drumheller... I'd been planning a hunt on a pheasant farm/preserve for about a month, and this seemed like our best option. Had ironed out a price & dates & got all the details and requested a mailing address to send the down-payment. Just got an email today saying 'sorry, he won't be able to do it this year'. Better to hear this before paying, I guess, but still disappointing. Judging from the email correspondence I get the impression it's a one-man show. Maybe he got overwhelmed or had personal issues? Too bad... I had a wad of cash to spend and just wanted to hunt some pheasants.... Any other suggestions? I'd need to hire a guide & dog as well.
