I was reminded about these guns in another thread, and was wondering if you've possibly looked into trying to get some new ones brought in?

Ooooo fack did I ever make waves on this forum posting the BXP up on here.

Funny thing is I passed on buying one just 2 years ago or so on the EE here because of the price and its 5 round mags......

A shame given the OH MY GAWD cool factor!

I saw some for sale a few months ago on firearms.ca Guy wanted like $400 less than a BRS-99 (he had one of those for sale as well).

I was really tempted to buy the South African little devil, but I decided its pointless for me... I still want one though haha

I bought the one that Tactical Imports had just a couple of months ago. Problems right off the bat with the mags, would fire 1rd and not chamber the 2nd, sort of got it fixed by taking a coil off the spring, got it to fire 5rds a couple of times but still a bit of a problem. Then the firing pin broke, Dlask made me a new one so everything back to normal. Unfortunately the mags are proprietary, close to an Uzi but the Uzi won't work. If they were ever brought back in I'd get some more mags. Definitely not quality work but then the price was half the TP9. Closest competitor would be the BRS99 which I would recommend, never had any problems with mine. My 2 cents.

Apparently they've been dropped from the catalog. Maybe if they have enough demand, they can bring them back? I'd love to see them NR with the swordfish barrel.

Yeah, nothing looks as cool as a small gun with a long thin barrel.
As much as I like my non-restricted guns, I find the non-res versions of many of these hideous. I wouldn't order one without a short barrel, so as to give both options to the owner.

Getting the short barrel goes without saying. In a world without a registry, I don't want to buy a restricted gun then make it NR. I'd rather have it NR first and have the option to make it restricted at my discretion.

The Phoenix BXP is out of production; however the Truvelo BXP is still made. We can make some inquires. Would require a sample for evalution of course.

Aren't Truvelo the same guys that make the Neostead as well as all those 20mm rifles? Now this has peaked my interest :D

I just don't know if the Neostead is worth it with the UTS-15 out and KSG coming out though.
