Phone Service complaint

I had an issue,I emailed and waited. Eventually they got back to me beore the order shipped. Also left VM and called a million times.

I was going to mention that as well but didn't feel like dealing with the CGN cultists that view any criticism or less than positive opinion about a site sponsor to be worthy of being killed like Simon in The Lord of the Flies.

I have to agree with this comment. it's one of the more annoying things about this Forum and it seems to happen anytime someone raises any customer service concerns about any retailer on here.

Businesses exist to make money. Customer service costs money. Sometimes retailers get the balance wrong. It's reality.
