Turkey did not do the modifications. The modifications were done in Belgium pre WW II.

Nice ZF 12 on "Missings" gun. The leather eye cup ZF 12 scopes are not that common.

yep its just a little leather funnel ...ive been looking for the zf scope but kinda gave up since i cant shoot it anymore ( really didnt get a chance to shoot this one) now i seem to be more interested in my harley ...i want to buy another one so i might be selling off the converted autos .....big maybe

If you want to sell your Vickers I might be interested. We are adding on to our show room so we will have some more room for displays and she would make a great display piece, I would prefer to trade but we could always do a bit of horse trading, you have always posted some great photos so I don't doubt she is a good piece.

I feel for you, I had a beautiful MP34 and a MAG 58 that I never expected to sell, sad to say I have, I turned them into double rifles and African Safari's which have given me great pleasure but it sure was fun running down the dirt road with a MAG 58, belt flapping round my knees chasing a coyote, and it was legal, my son was backing me up with a Galiel, yes they were fun days!

oh ya the good old days hunting groundhogs with a bren,mg34,mg42,...deawoo kc 20 ar 15 soooo much fun....notfor the ground hogs tho LOL...i remember you selling your MAG you had it on your site... awesome kit ...my buddy had a very nice MAG as well and man his FN collection was second to none...

I too recall plinking steel plates with a CA Bren and MG-34 years ago.

alas the ground hogs had to go my uncles cows were falling in the damn holes ..i had to put down 2 of them ..... when he got rid of the cows we left the ground hogs alone ..
