Picatinny rail clamp?

Looking for a clamp to mount two picatinny rails together, one on top of the other. Is there such a beast out there?

If you're just looking for extra height, look into pic rail risers. Many of the site sponsors tend to stock them. As for a clamp, I have never seen anything for that purpose.
