picatinny rail for standard M4 front stock?

Does anyone know a supplier in Canada for a bolt on picatinny rail mount that will fit on a standard carbine length M4 front stock without modding stock? Something like a UTG R16s. I dont want to fork out lots of folding money on a machined aluminum front rail system. I'm trying to cut down in weight and keep things simple. I don't have plans to add much to AR. Maybe a MagPul AFG2 angled front grip or a vertical hand grip.

NC star, or replace that fore end with a Magpul MOE hand guard, and then you have the option to install a rail and still have it lightweight

I looked at that MOE handguard in the States a few weeks back. Unfortunatly I couldn't open the box at BassPro and get a good look at it. The outside of box had just a graffic drawing of the product. Wasn't sure if was a direct swap out for the standard stock. I had to pass on it. This might be the a better system for me to go with. I think it has a bit more options on rail positioning.

The Cadex Rails and the Ergo UMP rails will mount through the holes on the standard AR forend.

I like the Midwest Industries rail section . You don't need to remove the heatsheild and the nuts and machine screw supplied works great

The nuts have a shoulder on them that fit perfectly in the handguard vent holes
