Picked up my quad today

My sincere congratulations! I have an old Plolaris 92 Trail Boss 4x4 350L two stroker. Great machine. Far better ground clearance than my 92 Honda 300 4x4. It really rips being a two stroke...but guzzles gas and smells from the two stoke oil. Don't let anybody tell you Polaris isn't any less than a super machine. It has far more features for the money than comparable Japanese models. And if my '92 is still going strong, that's stands for something!

KDX... i'll bring this one back to the top for a request for a short-term evaluation!!

My local stealer has your exact model on liquidation for $7300 and I am VERY tempted to buy it to replace my 1987 (yes 1987!) Honda Fourtrax. I am debating between this one or one of the Yamaha Grizzly's. At the price... I think the Polaris will be hard to beat, considering the Yamaha's will all be in the 10k ballpark.

Let us know how the Stealth has been treating you!!

It has been excellent so far, but I only have 14 hours on it. No time to ride. I have a buddy with a new Vinson and he really likes to ride mine. A guy at work with a Brute Force has ridden another friends 500 and really likes the ride and handling. The ADC is incredible for going down steep hills. I actually end up giving it some gas because it crawls so slow. I love the storage and it seems to be a good mudder with my limited amount of experimentation. The lock and ride system is excellent. I only have a gun boot so far but will be getting a windshield and plow this fall. If you are going to put a plow on your quad, the Polaris system can't be beat. If you buy one, get the dealer to throw in some synthetic winch line and make sure you have good tension on it when you put it on. All in all, two thumbs up and I would recommend one to anyone. That is a very good price and I would jump on it. Get him to throw in a couple years extended warranty too. It probably costs them nothing.
