Regular visit Williams arms and saw they have it in stock, I always want to try it and found that just love the handfeeling of it. Good balanced and compact to use. They have 2 in store, Mr. Williams keep one for himself. Supperised that my wife also like it. Hopefully she will not keep it, :)

Nice looking rifle! I really like my Tavor & may take it deer hunting this fall, 64 grain PowerPoint 'pills' should do the job. That, or my RFB... Heck, might not make it to rifle season, might get lucky in early archery season!

What optics are you thinking of using?

Big congrats, just got mine as well from the latest batch. Trying to decide between Eotech and Elcan DR 1x4. Got the funds for Eotech but Elcan is very tempting. Might start eating canned tuna for lunch and save up :D
 
I just installed my Lucid HD7 with 2x, seems OK but will see this week at range.

What's your optics for it?

Tks a lot! I never decide to get one until hand it myself. It's so compact and feeling very well. Try it and see if it's for you or not!

I just got my NR Auto-Ordnance M1 carbine from Williams Arms.

Transaction was seamless. Gary called me Tuesday to say it was being shipped right then.

Damned if it didn't land on my doorstep Wednesday morning!

Now that I know that they exist I'll probably re-visit their web site.

Shot mine at the farm today....man it gets hot!!! I was pounding through the mags but holy. Makes me think about a vertical grip or something. Its not terrible. Just don't let your thumb hit the screw on the handguard.

I have an eotech on mine. And will have a PD32 as a weapons light. And that'll be perfect.

The vertical grip is to direct the flow of magma-like plastic from the hand guard I presume? ;) Maybe it's a safety feature: if hand guard = hot, stop shooting!
