I was thinking about buying a sausage but it's a good thing I didn't as those eggs used up all of my containersx2 on the smoked chipolte thats a great idea ..there going in on the next batch glad i came up with that idea....anyone else tri pickkled sausage i made some same kinda recipe for the brine just subed in some nice garilc,ukranian sausage it was i big hit ill have to make more and add a pic
