Thought I'd post a few pics of the HK91 I recently dug out of the safe.

With the aimpoint (original "electronic") version, circa ~ 1985?

With the 12x scope

The scope mount was silver soldered onto the top of the receiver when I got it.

You can see the outline of the mount with the aimpoint attached. I need to replace
a missing thumbscrew (there is a silver washer and nut in place of the missing piece)

The person (obviously not you) who took out the factory rear sight and soldered a bubba scope mount onto this fine quality firearm deserves this :kickInTheNuts:

Out of curiosity, what is the overall length of the rifle? And what is the length of pull? It is such a beautiful piece of engineering!
One day... one day!

You need to fire one on full auto, It's alot of fun. 20 rds OF 7.62 NATO with one pull of the trigger....

Never owned one but i fired it on the range in the 80s (G3), i found the recoil distinct from my FN , the delayed roller i guess. Anyone else find these have their own unique recoil impulse? I can also remember a bunch of G3s being sold in the Gunrunner in the mid 80s for around 399.00. Does anyone remember this or their details?
