Pics of the new M14s.

i'm with you on that one

does look more like a fibre reinforced molded plastic. Note the parting line down the middle of the stock.

Note the traditional USGI Fiberglass which was a laid up style.

That would explain why "tacticalII" was saying tehy would be priced around 475 and not closer to 550 (as they would be if they had a true USGI fiberglass stock)

Looks like folks should not have 'bashed" tacticalII so much. He appears to be delivering on what he said. ;)

What does that say on the side of the receiver? Looks like BELL LIFESTYLE.CA? What is that? The stock looks like 'fibreglass' in the same way as ATI stocks are 'fibreglass', ie fibre-impregnated moulded nylon-like polycarbonate. Doesn't look like the laid resin-based fibreglass of the old USGI stocks. That might be why they would need the liner, to account for the natural flex of the softer material.

Years ago, Bell was the first distributor to extend a line of credit to my business. Never had a bad experience dealing with them.
Saw a Bell dealers' flyer listing these rifles several months ago. Wasn't a secret they were bringing them in.

You're right it's not the old fibreglass

Thanks for the pic tacticalII!

Can you confirm the marking on this pic?

Is this made by PolyTech?

Thanks
