Pieper Arms info

John, very nice looking gun. I particularly like the shape of the hammers. All looks in good shape too! The screwheads have not been completely buggered!!

John, does it have a Pieper butt plate. Can't tell from the photo.

That would look good beside the rest of my Piepers!
 
I like those hammers a lot also, they have some character over the more "smooth" style, but I believe the hammers on my Scott outshine even these. This Pieper came with all the original parts and pieces including the butt plate, it was quite unkemp but not rusty / abused so I decided to give it some cosmetic TLC. I'm sure the Scott looks pretty good. Usually I'm not too impressed with the specific shaping of Belgian hammers, including most of what I've seen from Pieper, but your caught my eye.

Gunaholics got a few picture that look like the one I've got, except mine doesn't have the patterns on the wood, it's a basic smooth wood stock
