Pietta PPS-50 help?

Hello,

Pre-warning: I'm quite new to both forums and firearms so please be patient with me.

I just got a Pietta PPS-50 with the wood stock and 50 round drum, ALOT of fun to shoot. I have been looking around for accessories for it and I seem to be comming up pretty empty handed. I have found the different stocks but thats about it. Does anyone know if you are even able to add accessories to the wood stock version of the PPS-50? Also the spots for the sling to attach a very small... is there a certain type of sling I should look for? Again thanks for educating me.

Does it have swivels for the sling? I'm assuming you just have the little buttons that stick out with a hole through them? I was confused at first about slings as well. Get a sling with swivels, or get them seperately, wws does them for 12$ for uncle mike swivels. Then you have a big loop to put the sling ends through. As far as attachments, I haven't heard or seen much interms of customizing a pps, but I'm sure it would look cool in some tactical stock, or even better in a Thompson style stock?

You can attach a scope mount and scope. There is a small rail on top, you can find a mount that will fit on there, or some red dot that fits that connection... i dont remember how that rail called.. but few rimfire firearms come with it..

defective barrel?

so.... I took that PPS-50 out once and put maybe 300 rounds through it. Took it home and took it apart for cleaning, and when I pulled a bore snake through, it came out with metal shavings.... I take a look down the bore and you can now plainly see about an inch of the bore got gouged out.... Anyone have experience with returns\exchanges with frontierfirearms.com? Thanks
