Pig hunting?

I've shot plenty of wild pigs down here in New Zealand while pruning pine trees on my forestry block. I'd be up a ladder all day with the chainsaw buzzing watching the pigs rooting up the ground aprox 5oo m away. At the end of the day I'd walk back to my truck & get my 22 fitted with a silencer & stalk up & shoot a small boar aprox 60 lb between the eye & ear. t
The rest of the mob run off & will be back tomorrow.PS i only shoot 1 at a time to eat . If you dog them , they'll go foe miles & you won't see them again. The tree stand idea is also a good option . Check this site out.www.lifesaboar.co.nz

FYI for any albertans... I clipped an article out of the paper today where the government placed a bounty on any wild pigs shot in Parkland County. I don't know if it extends into any other county's but Parkland is HUGE so it'll cover a lot of land...

Anyways, $50 for a pair of pig ears.
