Pile of dead Canada goose carcasses found on trail in Errington

I had a coworker dump his fish guts in the dumpster beside my shop one evening. By the time it was dumped several days later the smell was unbearable, and I’m not squeamish. Those metal dumpsters get freakin’ hot, even on cool spring days.

Throwing them in a dumpster is probably illegal. It would be here.

Which part? Dumping stuff in someone else's dumpster, or dumping stripped out goose carcasses?
Personally, I have no real guilt about dumping a bag of non-toxic, non-polluting waste into a bin headed for the land fill. Especially in places where the stuff is being bulk hauled, not scaled on a per bin basis.

Again with the common sense. Buying decent quality garbage bags, and having an understanding of the schedule for pick-up, goes a long ways. As does double or triple bagging things, in weather that even 'might' be warm enough to cause the contents to attract attention from insects, wildlife, or the residents nearby.

We're they shot? Or did a plane hit them?

I can imagine the screaming as they marched the geese one by one until finally finishing off that last screaming goose.

Maybe the screaming they heard was all of the tourists on the Sunwing plane as it plummeted from the sky after hitting the flock of hijacking waterfowl

hijacking waterfowl sounds like Racism to me, the correct term is Feather Kind. You have been corrected.

Should’ve at least stacked em up like a Jenga tower...

...or maybe recreated stone henge...

...spelled out Trudeau’s name...

I’m glad I live in a part of the world that if someone happens to find a pile of geese carcasses in the woods they would likely say, looks like a successful day of hunting was had.

Wherever you live, no matter how remote, there will always be at least one butthurt liberal waiting for something to complain about...

Oh for sure, that’s why I said “likely say” around here it’s usually the people who just like to ##### about something. They just can’t go a day without finding something to complain about, I know a couple of them. One is an inlaw but she’s alright in my books lol.

The landfill itself would be illegal here. You can't just send carcasses, hides and bones because they are considered some kind of Bio-hazard. Not to say that it doesn't happen all the time. Businesses can't do it either.

The right dumping area and letting nature clean up is one of the better ways; but it takes a certain amount of discretion picking the spots. For me its easy; I put them out on one of my farms. Birds and coyotes gotta eat too. Hardcore waterfowlers here can hook up with coyote snarers here but that doesn't help on spring seasons.
