Pinning a Glock Mag to 10 rounds ?

Some one I know asked what witness hole to put a rivet in for a 15 round 9mm mag from a G19..
I thought is was through the #13 witness hole...but I told him the I'd check here......

Advice would be appreciated......


PS...
Mag is presently blocked internally with a wooden dowel and the base plates stuck on with some kind of super glue....but the mag rattles with this dowel in it and he would like to get rid of the noise...

I'll tell him stick a pin in ( temporary ), the 13th and load it up...if it stops at ten all is good...if it stops at 8 or 9 I'll tell him to move it to the 15th and try again....thanks

It the followers that determine how far down they need to be pinned. Using a countersink to widen the hole and countersunk rivets makes for simple pin jobs through the witness holes that do not interfer with the mag well.
