Pissed @ Glock

I had the same problem at first, never spoke to the Canadian reps but the info was taken. After a week I called the States again and they said they didn't know why it hadn't been sent. Not only did they then take care of it, they called me twice that evening just to leave two messages that they had taken care of the issue and the RSA was on route. The dude at GLOCK gave me his number and told me to call him after receiving the new part to make sure I had gotten it. After 4 days I received it and called him to let him know. I was impressed at how every time I was on the phone with them the service was outstanding and, after following up after the first call which didn't get the issue resolved, they seemed to make me a priority, calling twice in a few hours to make sure I had gotten the message. I was thoroughly impressed and let them know as much.
(incidentally, the GLOCK never failed with the old RSA, I just replaced it because I could)

No, sorry, this was weeks ago and I lost it. The GLOCK guys in the States had the Canadian rep contact me and everything worked out from there.
 
Ya I just called the RSA number again and they said they would get the Canadian Rep to get a hold of me in a day or two. We shall see.

Do you have the RSA number? I looked all over the house, I thought I had it- apparently not.
And maybe I'm blind- but I couldn't find it on Glock's website.
