It would seem finding a barrel and/or compensator for Glocks is not too difficult but any other pistol is darn near impossible.
Also the question about a comp for a 1911 seems very confusing and rare.
Lone Wolf Distributors seems to have the best options but they aren't made to match the pistol but they sound/read like very good comp's. Again, just try to find one.
So, questions:
1. Threaded barrels for pistols, any one store in Canada have a decent supply?
2. Compensators/Brakes for pistols, any one store in Canada have a decent supply?
3. Compensator/Brake for 1911 .45, worth it? Bushing compensators seem like a joke to me as they move with the slide, missing the expelling gases and increasing the moving weight of the slide.
4. Compensators/Brakes for pistols in general, worth it? Just for a sport shooter, not a competitor. Sometimes I take newbs to the range to try. Would a comp/brake make it more enjoyable for them?
Any way, just some questions that were bouncing around.
