Pistol grip woes cz 858

The small square piece that I screw the pistol grip's screw into fell out of my rifle. I disassembled the rifle and got the piece back in the way it looks like it should go, but then it just fell back out when i tipped the rifle to the side. this is so aggravating to me, can anyone link me or tell me some info on the matter? All ive done is unscrewed the PG then this ##### fell out.

Hold it in place with a finger while you tighten the grip screw.
