Pistol identification

I am not convinced that it is a real gun. The nipple looks like a piece of a screw or bolt and may be something just stuck in the hole. Most importantly the lock is not properly ground out to support the drum and the inletting near the drum is strange. I can't make up my mind if the lock is a converted flint lock or not. I would look on the bottom of the barrel, if you remove it, to check for belgian proof marks. While it does look old or at least aged, it also looks more like something made to put on the wall.
