Hoppes #9 is not really a lubricant.

G-96 is a good all purpose cleaner and lube, but I prefer to lube with Break Free.

I have just tried some white litum grease on rails. Too soon to know how it works for me.

A light coat of Gunslick basic "gun oil" for most things. Sometimes I use TriFlow (a synthetic oil + Teflon) which seems to work well. For high-friction parts, Brownell's Action Lube.

One product I'd like to find is Dri-Slide, a solvent-borne molybdenum lube. The carrier evaporates and leaves a dry film. I recall an article by Gil Sengel in Rifle Mag. where he highly recommended it. Can't find it anywhere, though.

Crappy Tire used to have it in spray cans, Spray (or dry) Molly under their own brand name. I have a can of it in the basement..... It REALLY makes a mess when you spray it, and it doesn't come off easily.
