You have to use what you find. I've been using 700x with excellent results (minus metering) for .38spl and .45ACP. I also got 2lbs of CFE pistol which does a good job for .45ACP.

I got to buy some powder I needed, only because I went to every local shop and put my name on a waiting list and specified the powders I was looking for. Took awhile, but I managed to get some. In the mean time I kept on looking at everyplace possible, even on the road out of town. Worth the effort. Good luck.

I am down to my last half pound of RedDot! There appears to be no prospects anywhere around here in the Niagara peninsula. Even my so called friends will not part with any small quantity of their personal hoarde to help out a buddy. Can you spell discouraged?
