If you are willing to work a little bit for them... and have a Cabelas & WSS near by.

Step 1 - Make sure WSS has CCI or Federal Pistol primers in stock @ $4.49/100
Step 2 - Visit Cabelas
Step 3 - Go to customer service and get a $20 off a purchase of $150 coupon (Valid all of January).
Step 4 - Go to gun counter and make sure they have CCI or Federal primers in stock
Step 5 - Ask them to Pricematch WSS

It works out to $45/1000, if you buy 4000 for $180 and subtract the $20, you end up paying only $160/4000 or $40/1000

Can't beat that for brand name available primers.
 
Pretty sad that $45/1000 is the new norm. I just grabbed some small pistol at wholesale cause they had them. I frequent ar15.coms reloading forum. They are getting S&B for $19/1000. Yay canada!
 
Man I'm glad I don't live out west, the price you guys pay for powder and primers is ridiculous, I can still get CCI primers here for $38/1000.
 
I just bought some primers yesterday, a 1000 CCI cost me about $52.00 tax in. And I went to three places before I found them.
 
$45 per 1000 after all this bs? Are you guys nuts?? I pay $32 per 1000 and it pisses me off because few months ago they we were $30 per 1000.
 
Lebarons, Sail, & Flahertys were out of stock, Rouge River had some. I needed some other primers as well, but this will hold me over for a bit.
 
I've been using the Canam primers and they have been fine....small rifle work for pistol loading. $30/1000 regular, $25/1000 on sale, free shipping if you blow $200..
 
Haven't bought small pistol CCIs in a several months but $35.00/1000 is the price I've paid for over two years now. Better go check on pricing. Thanks for the scheme Madcow, maybe use it to buy some of their Varget...
