There is a PPC9 Model 5906 in the upcoming Switzer auction on the 24th (item 90)
The bidding online is at $1400 right now but of course that doesn't really mean anything......could end up anywhere on the day.

That will be interesting to watch. If there are US bidders, it could get up there.

Haha it was found ... that is why I was asking about mildly tempted to bid on it but I am not a 100% on it I enjoy smith and wessons as a brand and have some nice classics. I also have an X5 and X6 so I don't know if I would be gaining anything from this pistol. All the mags for it seem to selling in another auction.

Both the S&W PC guns and the X5/6 are superb pistols. I sold my PC guns as the offers to buy were generous AND I had some of the SIGs. I can’t say which gun is more precise, but I found the X-guns easier to shoot well.

PPC9 is an awesome gun but if you already have an X5 the only reason to buy it is, “just because”. A completely valid reason. Go for it!

I might have to throw in a bid. Got a box of mags for one of those and I miss mine. Nothing comes close in my collection to that kind of accuracy.
