I assume, when you take this to the range you must wear a royal purple tracksuit to shoot this pimp'n beast.

Here is my pimp pistol, and quite an accurate one DE 44 Mag... JP

When i use my pistol at the range, i always wear my 5 karats blue diamond ring, it is a perfect match and if on top i go to the club on my Triumph Rocket lll, i have some big fun... JP.

Ive ordered several grips from Hogue as well, never an issue. Only issue is if they have it in stock or have to get it made.

Good to know . The only question I have is whether or not they'll work on the 226 tacops as it has that extended mag well . I asked them via email and , if they work I'll be buying them . The real dilemma is what wood to choose . They all look so nice !

I always go with the Coco Bolo, as you can see here on a 629, its the one on the bottom.

>Very nice. Definitely on my want to own list. So by 'old' I assume you mean because you sold it and not because it was built 35 years ago or so?

No, I still take her to the range occasionally, an interesting, accurate, well made pistol, though not without flaws and technologically kind of still born. A patient person can find them for a real bargain on the auction sites.

Yes I have heard they are quite accurate due to the fixed barrel but a little finicky with ammo. I have seen a few on US sites but none in Canada for the last few years.

They do have a pretty good trigger for a would-be service pistol, but you are correct in that they are picky eaters. This is partly from the high grip angle, and partly because they are such a PITA to field strip. And other reasons beyond me as well ;)
