Gentlemen,
Another set of files for the new guys and some of the older guys.This first photo is showing the hardening of the Piston on the Op-rod. The second is part of the Blueprint.

Induction hardening. :)

Good method in my opinion as its not full thickness hardened, but instead has a tough hard outer shell and a soft core allow it to not wear as fast but as well as have the abilty to flex under pressure. :)
