Did the thinning out of your face (when you lost weight) contribute to your stock fit issues? Curious here.

Yes and my shoulder pocket changed too with much less padding covering it. I went from a 14 1/4" lop to being able to shoot as much as 14 3/4" though I am most comfortable with 14.5". At 14 1/4" my nose is almost touching my thumb now. The worst gun to get to fit was my Perazzi TMS, it was a nightmare trying to make it work. I finally got it dialed in and working last summer after a pile of modifications. Now that I have finally finished destroying enough SC3 grade wood to make a grown man cry it is finally ready to send to Chris Dawe for refinishing and making my homemade mess a tad purtier! Lol
