A gunsmiths punch and screwdriver set would be a start..often screws and pins get mangled up by people using the improper punches or screwdrivers on them.I believe rimfiresports and brownells carries the sets
Quality wrenches (not cheap chineese loose tolerance ones)and a rubber mallet.
The largest tap set you can get(and you'll still need to by a whack of speciality ones).
A lathe and a mill if you're feeling real generous

S.I.R. mailorder in Winnipeg has some good gunsmith screw driver sets, small tap sets, gun vises/work stations, sight pushers and a fair selection of common after market sights, etc. Browse their web at www.sirmailorder.ca
