I'm looking at buying some 9mm bullets from my local gun dealer. he has Plains Ammiunition hard cast bullets for $70/1000. Has anyone used these before? and if you have is this a good price? I thought it was considering no shipping.

Yes I think so. They're made in Saskatchewan.
I've shot lots of them in 9mm, .38, .44, and .45 calibres. Other than a bucket of 147 grain 9mm that my CZ 75 didn't like (the 124 grain ones work fine for me, though), I have been pretty satisfied with them. $70/1000 is a good price for them, too. Wholesale Sports in Calgary sells the same bullets for $80/1000.

Cactus Plains Ammunition Supply is the new name for Plains Ammunition Supply.
Instead of a couple of guys doing it (partnership) its all one guy now, hence the name change.
From what I understand it is the same product, I have used both extensivley and I have been unable to distinguish the differance.
I use CP for my cast projectiles almost exclusively in 4 different Cal.s

I bought a bucket of 158gr SWC last month for my .357 and did they ever shoot good. I'm actually going to go get another 2 buckets next week from WSS. If they have any for the 9mm I'll give them a shot too.
$70/1000 is a good price, I wouldn't hesitate buying them.
