Barrel will be turned down and cut to 22", I'll add Talley LW extra-lows and Leupold 6X36. The debate is whether the metal should be black coated.

good blueprint Chuck.

Since you'll need to fill the barrel channel and touch up paint, you may as well cut a bevel under the ejection port and the tang to a pre-war profile. Maybe even a checkered bolt stop with the flat on it like Wisner makes.

Definite maybe on the coating. Depends on who does it.

Given the target weight of 7lbs-7lbs 2ozs I may just cut the barrel to 22" and flute.
