I resized some 138 gr 9mm bullets to 40 cal and they came out to .401 dia
these bullets started as fronteir plated and the plating stayed on very well,
Question is does their being .401 and plated increase pressure ?
Loads I worked out previously were with .400 135JHP Noslers and the new ones seem to bark alot more ?
