Plated Bullets Oxidizing

Went to do some reloading for my 357 yesterday and found that about one in four
of my 148 gr copper plated bullets had started to oxidize:

I've had these stored in a dry place for about three years, I was just wondering will
the oxidation affect the powder if I load them?

no, it won't affect the powder, but the place where the bullets were stored does have a humidity/moisture problem.
