So I bought a used Sig 1911-.22 off the EE, it was cheaper than most I have seen, so I thought what the hell, it's probably beat up pretty good but at that price I won't have to worry about beating it up even worse,lol. In the pic of the gun, it said it was " camo", I assumed it was a homemade camo job, and in the pic , the gun looked like it was black with some spray painted camo lines.
The gun was shipped on Wednesday,and delivered yesterday by Canada Post, yes I actually received the gun too my door in ONE day!!! Pleasant surprise number one.
When I unboxed the gun, I was totally surprised to see that it is actually a Sig factory camo paint job in a very cool dark green camo, and the gun itself is in WAY better shape than I was expecting, I am stoked and love the look of the gun! Pleasant surprise number two :)
Then , just to make my day even better, the holster I bought off the EE arrived at the same time. I found a LH 1911 holster for sale, but it was green, I bought it anyway, thinking well, the price is right, and I guess the green holster will look ok with a black gun, well imagine my surprise when my Green Camo Sig matched up perfectly with my green holster!
It was a good day :)

Just as a heads up, most places will let you purchase the gun and hold it for you until your paperwork arrives, so if you see a good deal at a gun store jump on it :)

Now you just need to figure out your camera and better lighting. If the picture had any less color it would be black and white! :d

All in all a great deal and some good luck that all came together at the same time. I look forward to seeing you shooting it at our Chilliwack events.

Rusty Wood has spare mags for a pretty good price if you're thinking that way.

Do you only feed yours cci mini-mags? Mine has run flawlessly on fed bulk 525 packs....would save you a few $...it never really liked the standard velocity stuff...Winchester for one......

My wife has about 850 rounds thru hers, all CCI mini mags so far, she wants to run that only for the first thousand rounds, then she will try some other types, I'm waiting on my LATT , so I haven't shot mine yet, but as it's used, I'm going to run pretty much everything thru it to see what works, I have some fed bulk so I will give it a shot :)
