We are doing our best with orders. However, we are operating with a drastically reduced staff and extremely high volume of calls and orders. We are getting a great deal of guys calling multiple times wondering if their order is in and shipping, etc. This simply overwhelms the whole process and slows us down further. We have as many people as we can working and have family members (spouses and children) in doing as much as they can but there is simply no way to keep up. Please be patient and we'd love to have your order but please understand we are extremely busy.
 
We sure appreciate the orders and we will get to all calls eventually. If you can, emails are better yet and we are, literally, answering them pretty much around the clock. So many phone calls that many times all lines are busy :(

We were getting orders out pretty quickly but we got behind today. Shippers will be working all weekend to get caught up.
Good news is that one of the things that got us behind was a large load of ammo coming in that includes some 'cheap' 9mm and 45 ACP and rimfire.

Frankly, you guys had my new ATACR shipped out in a very expedient manor. Who could complain?

Guys are being pretty good as far as not complaining, but a few are calling more than is really needed looking for 'updates' etc. It is having the opposite effect and slowing us more.
We sure appreciate the business though and are keeping up decently well with emails and calls but our staff is starting to tire :(
We will get caught up over the weekend! :)
 
Ummm made order this morning and it’s in the mail. Ordered a bunch of ammo from another sponsor on 20th and still
Hasn’t moved! You’re doing pretty good I’d say.
 
You have always set the standard for customer service, just keep doing what you are doing, and hopefully people will be patient in these trying times.
 
You guys are awesome. You have always delivered stellar service. That you are now operating with reduced staff, but still trying to deliver your service, in these extraordinary times...makes you no less awesome. Stay safe, keep your staff and families safe and healthy. PS: Some of the nicest guns I own, came from you guys. (And should any one persist in complaining or griping, ask them when was the last time they read the newspaper or watched the news!)
 
Clay - You emailed me within minutes of my order on Sunday, and I had my stuff (half a province away) on the next Tuesday. If people are worked up right now, they need to look on amazon.ca for how quickly they can buy an item and get it shipped to their home....Hint: it ain't like it was pre-COVID.

I’ve made two orders and one return with you guys/gals in the past three weeks and have received excellent service, much like every time before. Whether things arrive in two days, two weeks, or two months, you’ll continue to have my business.
