Found this :
Hello. I found the S.I.R mailorder catalog from 1986-87 that has the rifle i am looking for in it! It is a Canada Scout 22cal revolving carbine. It has a 19-3/4" barrel and is 35-3/4" long. The 6 shot cylinder swings out like a normal revolver and they had one version in 22cal that shoots lr,l, or shorts for $245 and another one that comes with a second cylinder in 22magnum for $294. They had a lot of nice 22 rifles in their catalog back then including a 22cal semi auto version of an ak 47 and a 22 cal semi auto copy of a thompson machine gun with a 30 rd and a 50 round drum magazine and a 22 version of an m16 made by a company called Squires Bingham. If any one knows anything about the canada scout revolving carbine please let me know. I tried google but didn't have much luck! I will try to post a picture of it when i figure out how to do it.

Cheers RJ

Herbert Schmidt in Germany used a HS logo and made a wide variety of gun in the late 70's up into the 1990's. They made one called the Texas Scout so I'm thinking they may have made your revolving rifle but cannot find anything on the net......FWIW

Edit:
A second search found a reference to Czech Point, a company in Czech that made .22 and .22mag revolvers and a rifle......sold at one time by Reed Ammunition in Oklahoma City, OK.

Should probably check the FRC to see if it's Restricted...

It would be worth checking its status.

Is the stock held on with hex screws with the hex drilled out?
There might be an opinion that the receiver is a handgun receiver.

A fellow gunner who already owns one said his is not restricted

I'd be checking it out properly...word of mouth doesn't mean squat in court. Literally every carbine revolver like that is restricted.
With the gun climate the way it is I would be very cautious with that piece.
