How loose is/was your handguard? I've noticed mine tilts side to side a fair bit. Didn't really think much of it until this thread, bit too late to make a fuss about it now anyway I guess.

I was kind of hoping that we could put this yo bed by now, but on we go....
First of all let me explain Canada Post DO NOT deliver here, when you see "delivered" on their trace it simply means it has landed in Vankleek Hill, the next busines day they deliver a card with our mail, we then go to the PO to collect it....

I have found CP and their tracing to be VERY misleading at best....
Yesterday I collected a personal parcel at the post ffice, the tracing system shows it should be available tomorrow....

Not required, as I have said MANY times, if we get an e mail we reply, why would we ignore it ??

Of course we had the part, otherwise we would not have offered to exchange it....
"I reply to emails within minutes, you ignore customer service emails. Not good business practices. "
I congratulate you sir, we handle 300-500 e mail a day, ALL standard e mails are replied to within 24 hours....

Obviously you are not satisfied, may I offer to accept the return of your rifle for a full refund ??
Please let me know as your part is due to leave Wednesday....

You shouldn't think too much about it now either. I bought my nonrestricted vz from wolverine and It is loose too. Has no effect on the function, and it is expected in that design.

I would dispute your claim that the part was cracked, it was not....

I never herd of a company offering a full 100% refund including shipping and the customer actting like this. Just another reason why the "me" generation will lead to the decline of this country.
People make mistake's and they should be judged on how they re-act to these situations and yes even I have had some problems with some stuff that I baught at Marstar but I have never, ever questioned there customer service or "Iron Clad Warrenty". Infact this is the main reason why I keep coming back to the, for my purchases.
Now back to the regularly schedualed program...
