I have some 22-250 cartridges that are of a grain I can't use. I'm was going to remove the bullet and reload with different powder and bullet gr. I wondered if I will have to resize the necks if I do this, and if they do need resized can I do this without removing the primers. Thanks for the help.

yes you will have to resize, yes you can do it with out removing the primer, back the ex[ander ball back out untill it fully goes inside the case with out the decapping pin pushing the primer out

You don't really have to, but I would. Take the decapping pin out to leave the primers in place.
