None have been imported due to the importers lack of understanding of magazine capacity issue relating to semiauto shotguns.
Mossberg are also not willing to ship the spx to canada without the longer magtube.

A permanent plug, not a removable one. It also seems to me that a long follower could be used that limits the travel without having to mangle anything else, but I am not certain that is considered legal unless the mag tube is permanently closed up.
