Please Help - Hornady 280 Rem Load data needed

I'm loading up some rounds right now for a new gun and I need load data for 154 grain Hornady bullets and H4831 powder. My manuals are not Hornady, and the IMR Loading site does not list 154 grain data, but I found an old box of Interbonds that I wanted to give a whirl.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you mean H4831....then 45.6 grains = 2400fps 56.8gr =2800fps

My old Hornady manual states 50.1 gr for 2400 fps and 57.0 gr for 2800 fps from a 22" barrel.
